    Nice University, great tiny city

    Pros

Ithaca is a cute mini city and Cornell is really a nice place to work. They pay grad students well. Personally, I find the work-life balance great and I love it there. Hard working but not high stress. Good culture

    Cons

It is hard for spouses to find jobs here though, there is not a lot of work in Ithaca unless you are in a really high-demand career like programming or IT.
