      Pros

      I cannot think of much sorry. If you absolutely need work experience it is worth to put up with them for a year. They will let you try out any position you want because no one has any technical knowledge of their jobs anyway.

      Cons

      Horrible management, “the blind leading the blind” is how I would sum up my experience working here.

      Pros

      4 day work week and hour long lunch break.

      Cons

      Always out of parts, management/supervisors are terrible(not knowledgeable, petty, vindictive), not allowed to talk to people from other departments even if it is necessary to complete job, will get punished for asking legitimate questions (management/supervisors take questions as personal attacks on them)
