      Independence and freedom to sell without micromanagement.

      Cons

      Outdated leadership style. Long term executives with big egos. Focus is on high dollar transactional deals versus relationship building. Promises made to customers with poor follow through by management. Company reputation has declined making it challenging to sell in a shrinking software client base. No marketing or trade show attendance that every other vendor attends, leads the market to no longer view the company as a key industry consulting provider.

      The paychecks did not bounce.

      Cons

      - Management lacks managing and listening skills but abundance in over-inflated egos. - No training. You are expected to swim on day 1 and figure things out yourself. If you fail or make mistakes, that's on you, not them! - You don't know where you stand. No annual reviews, no reviews of any sort. - NO annual RAISES, not even for cost of living. Even after you have worked here for a few years with no raise and you ask for a raise, management will ignore your request. - If your greatest talent is sucking up and you are 100% a 'yes' man/woman, you will excel here. - Does not provide you with all the tools you need to perform your job.
