    Advice to Management

A bit of arrogance and lack of direct presence with smaller accounts are perceived in the market place.

I worked at Corning for more than 8 years

    Pros

Plenty of challenging work. Diverse staff from all over the world.

    Cons

There are a few managers who squeeze project budgets and timelines for the wrong reasons.

    Advice to Management

Respect you employees, and believe that they will give you good value given the right environment. Do not assume that information workers and production workers should be driven in the same way. There are many articles about this out there to review.
