MSP - Senior IT Engineer Correct Group Employee Review

Workers are generally given a good amount of autonomy to get work done and work on research / training.

Some employees take advantage of said autonomy.

I have only positive feelings for Correct Group. I got on really well with the management/staff and when I had personal issues, they went above and beyond to help me sort them out. They also care for their clients and I witnessed times when they authorised work for free because they want them to succeed.

You can progress nicely up to 3rd line but as a 50 man company it's difficult to go beyond third line and into management positions, because your waiting for people to leave. They have good management who've been there a long time.
