I have been working at Corsair full-time

    Pros

There really are no pro's to working here. Its a job and thats it

    Cons

everything is an absolute mess like nobody knows who has responsibility over which areas of the buisness. No training from anyone when you are expected to take ownership of someone elses work load even when you are already too busy. People go on holiday and expect you to do their work with no handover - this seems normal for this company. definitely wouldnt recommend that anyone start working here.

    Advice to Management

make sure you have like enough staff to manage the work that needs to be done.

I have been working at Corsair as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Strong company culture filled with experienced industry professionals, up and comers and dedicated staff.

    Cons

The workload is often quite high and with a confusing 4+ month teething process of learning how the company works and the procedures.

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff and smooth out the on-boarding process
