    Negative Outlook

I worked at Cosentino North America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great product, nice benefits, supportive co workers ( not management)

    Cons

The Worst Management I have ever experienced. Lots of unprofessional and back stabbing situations. No trust, control and micromanaging. Glad I’m Not working for a manager that has to control every aspect of my job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, not at managers who just care about themselves. Too much turnover and I’ve seen overuse of power to control other employees. Look at the big picture. Respect the employees who work hard for you.
