      great team, very relaxed because there's trust within the company, great chance to go into office to meet everyone once in awhile

      Free products and a pay check.

      Cons

      CEO has reputation in the industry for being extremely hard to work with and yells at customers and employees. No women or people of color in senior roles. Extreme micro management, and the only company culture is to talk about coworkers behind their backs.
