I have been working at Costco Wholesale part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great start off pay
Great benefits even for part time
Great Sunday pay
Multiple breaks and long lunch
Treats in break room
Fed a lot
A lot of outings and fun things are held for the employees

Cons

Busy all day long on weekends
Bad hours
Never able to get Fridays or Saturdays off
Hard Heavy work and long hours of standing and carrying heavy items
A lot of heavy lifting

Advice to Management

A lot of sexual harassment goes on in my building. Try to think of a way to help with that? Not sure if that's even possible.

    Some managers don't have a high education background and lack communication skills. I suggest that managers are all sent to a communication seminar to help them communicate better with their employees.
