    Pros

    Great benefits, product discounts, company car.

    Cons

    Very cliquish environment. Too many good performers are made to quit or transfer if one reporting line doesn't like them. Difficult to move up. Corporate employees rarely leave on time, tough for families.

    Advice to Management

    Do company-wide employee surveys - anonymous - to understand what people in the field think.

    Listen to feedback from all levels not just upper management. The middle management and administrative teams are closer to the reality of how the business operates; what’s working and not.
