    Compensation, Benefits and 401K plan

    Cons

    Sexual harassment, discrimination against women and mothers. No one to report issues to without fear of losing your job. Managers who will not lead or cannot and have no interest in developing a team. Threaten to lose your job daily. High stress level with no work life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Deal with male management before a law suit occurs. Check out claims and care how your female employees are treated. Time to own your mission statement.

      Strong brands, summer Friday off, company holiday break between Christmas and New Year, good benefits

      Leadership business choices questionable, management behavior needs improvement, accountability within departments needs improvement

      Advice to Management

      Listen to feedback from all levels not just upper management. The middle management and administrative teams are closer to the reality of how the business operates; what’s working and not.
