Pros

Coty has so many good brands to represent; which is huge for me! I have to love the products, to want to sell them. Also, I have a wonderful direct report to work for. She is always kind and fair.

Cons

The only con that I can think of; sometimes vendors want me to only sell fragrance and leave all the skincare sales for them. When I'm at a location that sells philosophy skincare, I do have to stand my ground in that space when there are other vendors in skincare.

Pros

I was so fortunate to have had a position at Coty R&D. I was surrounded by inspiring people who help me to jumpstart my career. I can’t think Coty enough for contributing to my experience.

Cons

Witnessed some cruelty from leadership towards others but nothing unusual for a large corporation.
