-Brilliant CEO! He can steer his ship with other very wise C-level leadership team.
-Fast paced - Highly recommended for people who are motivated and seek knowledge and self-development.
- Benefits are great and company gives back to the community.

Cons

- You will be expected to perform and give your best.

Advice to Management

VP's need to lead to take company to next level. If you cant, step aside.

    Pros

    Many friendly, nice, competent employees. The company is on the cutting edge for digital coupons. Good website. Market growth has been strong. Good location for commuters.

    Cons

    Top management seems to have little regard for employee future in the company. Top management, and HR, has little regard for inter-departmental issues. High turnover. Also, some department hiring practices are very racially biased.

    Advice to Management

    HR and management should take a sincere interest in lower, and mid-level, employee moral and issues. You may learn much from disgruntled employees who just quit out of frustration. No opinion about the CEO - he was inaccessible.

    Pros

    If you get past the monotony and frustrations coupons can be a fun place to work. Most of the people are social and you aren't working in silos for the most part.

    Cons

    A lot of redundant work. More interest in how the company is perceived than owning up to mistakes or issues. It seems that future development is more important than getting current issues fixed.
