    I have been working at Coursera full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Abundance of challenging, high-impact work. Some growing pains both culturally and in the tech stack but there's a lot of positive signs that we've moved past the main issues and are still dedicated to improve further.

    Cons

    Partners influence on product and engineering roadmap feels a bit much
