Pros
This company made it possible for me to own my own truck. They work hand in hand with the lease company basically making it to wear you can’t fail at being an owner operator. Obviously you have to get miles to get paid and they do a pretty good job at making that possible. Compared to previous employers anytime I needed to get home fairly quickly they made that possible for me.
Cons
The only problem I have with this company is that the weekend dispatchers sometimes make you think that they don’t care about the drivers. I don’t know if it’s that they don’t have the resources to make sure that they can do the same things for the drivers that the normal fleet managers that are there Monday through Friday do or not. But when you say something about the problems there is always excuses thrown up in your face and the same people that didn’t do anything to help you the previous weekend will be there the next weekend.
