I have been working at Cox Communications full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Treat their employees well! Pay is above market. 401k match as well as pension plan! They do a lot of the little things as well to keep employees happy!

Cons

Supply Chain at Cox still relatively new...Still trying to figure things out. Not many processes in place and a little chaotic at times

I worked at Cox Communications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great family of co-workers to have. This is what actually gets you through the day and allows you to cope with the craziness that goes on.

    Cons

No 2 systems are alike. You may follow a certain procedure in 1 system and another system does something completely different.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and forth coming with staff. Don't start a procedure that hinders your employees from making the most they can on commission only to later say that the process that you made mandatory is not helping and allowing growth for the company.
