I have been working at Cpsi full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - flexible hours - work from home - benefits, earned time off - coworkers - the company promotes from within

    Cons

    - lack of communication - factions with allegiances to different developers - slowness to standardize job duties across companies - raises plateau at a certain point despite the addition of more and more tasks
