I have been working at Cracker Barrel full-time (More than a year)

Pros

I made easy money no running for alcohol constantly, friendly atmosphere for the most part, guests leave happy(:

Cons

I was always tired from running sundays are a nightmare we would be on hour and a half wait from eight am to two pm but averaged 300 a week minimum!

Advice to Management

dont treat your employees like dogs and you wont have such a high turn over rate the stores I worked at the managers would call people stupid and scream at everyone on the weekends.
