    Pros

Flexible schedule & works with you, 401K, Discounts (up to 35% regular discount depending on PAR level, higher additional discounts during Holiday sales to add on to your PAR level discounts, BUSY depending on district so sales are usually steady or up so fast table turnovers & increasing tips, can be found in most states on major highways & hubs - transfer for relocation options

    Cons

High turnover rate for employees, favoritism & don't care too much about you as an individual (like most big companies), pay is terrible and raise options are sad (.05 cents for every par level and you can only go up to 4 pars)

    Pros

-Tips are great -Friendly Staff -Great hours (you gotta earn them) -Make sure you're familiarized with the menu and limit your mistakes or make no mistakes at all.

    Cons

-Management can be up/down at times -Favoritism does play a role to an extent -No free meals when on break -Will cut hours if beverage incident reports are low (Sales in drinks, water doesn't count to your average) -No food runners (Servers run food) -When overwhelmed, servers tend not to help sometimes because they're busy as well. -Roll 2 bins of silverware to get back on the floor plan from break (takes longer when you have to run food during peak periods)
