Pros

-35% discount on food and retail at any location you visit -not as big of a store as huge retail store, so less to stock and worry about -okay pay for a student

Cons

-wont give me full time work despite asking for it and being told before that I would be given more hours (I still barely work 20 hours a week) -complains about not having enough employees yet refuses to give more hours to the ones they do have -most managers aren’t great (I only have one right now that I love, and he’s a kitchen manager while I work in retail) -lots of rude people come in -the to-go system sucks because everyone gets mad at retail and they don’t realize how everything works -retail sale goals pushed on you heavily despite being a restaurant first and foremost and most people getting annoyed at you for trying to approach them when they’re just waiting for a table
