Pros
The company is good around all the other locations. Mostly your team would be based out of UK for now and other countries remote employees. Crane NXT acquired De La Rue in May 2025 and made a new entity Crane Authentication. Teams maintain a healthy relationship and no burdening work load. Crane have some good policies regarding employee welfare so better now. The managers support you for any trainings, new career path so don't worry if feel stuck during your tenure. You can always discuss with them and choose a new path or new learnings. The teams always keep on latest tech and generic code base to save from redundancy or bad coding.
Cons
Variable pay is a myth here, it's unexpectedly lower than your weekly wages so don't expect a healthy amount on year end. Office environment is OK.
