    Pros

    Worked for SLS, their liability offering. Some good people. Thats it.

    Cons

    Autocratic management who seem not to realise that by acting overtly authoritative they impress the wrong image. I used to work in an office and my manager used to regularly make my secretary cry, plus annoy the people he met. Found out he left shortly after I found another job and left. Also there was a lack of support when training because their manager couldnt comitt the time. As such trainee job didnt really work out. Because the job is so demanding and the company is afraid of losing clients because their business is strained with lack of time/resource with fee pressures from Insurer clients, you can expect them to have you answer to all complaints, even the smallest of issues which do happen in this job. They wont support you in this respect and they transfer blame and they have actually communicated in emails that people will loose jobs if they dont complete work properly or if too many complaints are fielded. So they threaten as a way to getting improvements, rather than encourage. In addition expect no communication, limited training. In the context of a very demanding job and threat of loss of job, can they expect people to stay?

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling, work from home twice a month, sporatic company sponsored activities and freebies.

    Cons

    There could be better management, and no pathways for growth.
