      fun socials, good lunches, friendly people, dog friendly. if you are an editor, you are God.

      Cons

      demanding, treats anyone who is not an editor terribly. very little work life balance if you are not an editor.

      Pros

      Owners/Exec team truly care about their employees and do their best to make life at Create fun, exciting, enjoyable, and positive. Unlike many other companies, they are still allowing remote/hybrid work, which is the utmost importance to many. David Stern is a very generous and kind owner/leader.

      Cons

      At the mercy of the M&E industry so sometimes but that's just the industry as a whole.
