I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor (More than 5 years)

Pros

The recruiters are incredibly nice. They do their best to keep you working. If a client complains, they don't jump on the client side- they talk to both parties and take into consideration multiple sides.

Cons

Sometimes they book you on jobs for which you're not the best fit - client gets upset, job is stressful for talent.

Advice to Management

Keep being great!

I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor

    Pros

    I haven't found any yet.

    Cons

Similar to another reviewer, I've been ignored. A recruiter will email me to call her asap regarding a job that starts tomorrow/next week. When I call back, I usually end up leaving a message because the recruiter isn't available. I wait a couple of hours/days. When I call back a second or third time I can usually make contact. This does the trick, but why should it be this difficult?
Next, the recruiter tells me about a position for which I'm definitely qualified. She gets my info, says she's sending it to the client and will call me back. And then she doesn't. Would be respectful to get a call or an email either way. CC recruiters' communications style is vague and apathetic at best.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees in the basics of communicating with talent.

I have been working at Creative Circle part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    They pay on time.
They provide ready, willing, and able clients; this isn't a waste of your time
.If you hustle for work and make your clients happy, they provide steady work

    Cons

Pay is lousy-don't count on this being your main source of income.
Creative takes a huge cut of your fee.
Creative's recruiters are kids who talk fast, don't really understand the industry, and routinely ignore emails.
No referral fee for successfully referring candidates

    Advice to Management

Hire more experienced recruiters, including men, instead of the young women you currently employ.
