I worked at Creative Converting full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Depends on relationship immediate supervisor.

Cons

Office politics are out of control. Job performance is not a factor considered for advancement or lateral opportunities. Always an "intangible" issue that management can't explain to staff. Poor employee morale. Extremely high turnover. Leadership only concerned with personal success and building their own resumes/portfolios, not long-term solutions or growing talented individuals. Favoritism is how promotions are awarded.

I worked at Creative Converting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The nature of the product lines and wide range of accounts leaves room for enormous amounts of business potential.

    Cons

Low salaries and low standards for projects have driven many talented and highly qualified individuals to seek employment elsewhere. There is a fundamental lack of organization within and between departments in addition to unsuccessful process implementation. The disarray causes long work hours, frustration, unnecessary drama, high stress levels and employee dissatisfaction.

    Advice to Management

Leadership must confront the brutal reality of the problems it is dealing with, instead of minimizing them and sweeping them under the rug. Hiring and nurturing a staff of capable and accomplished individuals should be more important and would make for a better success story than to maintain a team of 'yes' men.

I have been working at Creative Converting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Raises, Employees, You get to take home seconds

    Cons

Too many shift leads, hard to get to day shift even after putting in well over 5 years with the company, no pay increase for working nights

    Advice to Management

Instead of hiring temps to work days, let the employees that have worked for your company for 5+ years on nights go to days.
