Pros

Wonderful and dedicated evaluation and program management staff.

Cons

I unfortunately cannot give specifics, but if you are interested in working for CRS, I would encourage you to ask some of the following questions. -Have you ever had any trouble paying staff on time? -How many employees have been working at CRS for over a year? -How many staff, on average, do you currently have on projects? -How is project invoicing handled? -What is your HR like? What policies and procedures are in place and can I see them? -How many days a week do the president and vice president work? How responsive are they to employee concerns? *If you see any red or orange flags, please listen to your gut.*

Pros

Creative Research Solutions is a great company to work at due to the genuine approach of the leadership and how responsive they are to the needs of their employees. They have experienced growth as a company in a very short period of time and have instituted systems and protocols to manage that growth. Overall, the salary and benefits are very competitive.

Cons

Things can move at a fast pace at times, but overall as a team we make adjustments when needed.

Pros

Brilliant, hard-working, generous colleagues. Clients with admirable values doing important work.

Cons

There are not enough words to describe the dishonest, callous behavior of the two owners of this company. They hired excellent staff, oversold their services to credulous clients, bought two multimillion dollar houses with their profits, and then fired the entire staff with no notice, no severance, and no adherence to labor laws -- leaving aside expectations of human decency. The President routinely took two month vacations and blamed every missed meeting or deadline (including payroll) on the weather or global unrest. She lied repeatedly to staff about the company's financial solvency, and misrepresented herself and the company to clients. She is shamefully dishonest.
