    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Competitive salary (for Poland)
    Cool co-workers
    CS Brand
Grunwaldzki Center - good looking and comfortable building

    Cons

IT Projects are very bad managed
    Stretegic decisions are irrelevant
    VERY, VERY BAD MANAGED IT
Polish CoE department is not at the same level of other divisions (you must be cheap)

    Advice to Management

Change London decision makers (of course you can find better guys over there)
Take a look at expierience in Polish workers' CVs (they are really good, but you have to give them ability to develop something useful)
Move entire projects to Poland (or more important work to Poland), or build project on global stage (London is important, but it isn't the only place where people know what to do)
