          Pros

          Really great colleagues and bank. They executives screwed them up to the point that UBS has to buy them. Until I was there, the quality of colleagues, bankers and support staff were top notch.

          Cons

          The processes could use some revamping but it all went up in flames since they had to wind down high cost persons.

Obv a job interview time is limited so you never know but sometimes I just have a vibe it’s not a match and even though I may keep going in rounds, I’m always checking if I finally get the gut feeling this may be right.
