    Pros

    Annual Bonuses and Annual Salary Increases are consistent
    A lot of employees with careers in the same property for 15+ years

    Cons

    Employees with careers in the same property for 15+ years (still in the same position); which leads me to believe that the ceiling for advancement is extremely low - to - nonexistent

    Advice to Management

    Take a crash course on what employee morale consists of and how to be genuine about keep it high
    Corporate should become more involved in property management at each property to be more knowledgeable about how this is affecting (hurting) their overall level of profitability
