Pros

It's hard to think of any pros

Cons

-Crisp recently fired 5 people because they did not fit. There was not explanation, rational, or guidance. Just gone. -There is a guise of transparency but decisions are made in a vacuum. People don't understand why, what, or how conclusions are made which causes confusion. There is a lack of strategic direction due to the frequent changes. -Leadership leads by fear. If you question what they want to do or your don't fit their mold, you're fired. -Are and Dag have a vision for their product. Unfortunately they don't want to listen to customers, employees, or anyone else. They are going to build what they want and if you don't fit in their machine, you're gone. I genuinely hope they're correct. It's hard to imagine all of the customers and employees being wrong. -If you do something wrong, you are ridiculed. Guidance and mentorship is not offered,.

Pros

I have never seen a company so "people oriented". You hear the term quite often but never have I seen a company who legitimately cares about the success and happiness of their people. AI is at the forefront of everything we do. Leadership has their finger on the pulse of AI and encourage everyone in the company to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Cons

No company is without their "cons" but I can't think of anything worth pointing out.

Pros

I worked with some smart and hardworking people

Cons

If you enjoy guessing games and surprise plot twists, this place might look interesting at first. Leadership had a talent for saying all the right things in meetings, then doing something completely different once the call ended. Priorities changed all the time, and teams were usually left trying to catch up with decisions nobody saw coming. Pay was lower than expected, which made the pressure even harder to justify. A lot of people focused on politics instead of teamwork because that seemed like the safest way to survive. There was a constant sense of fear, especially when people suddenly disappeared and nobody got clear answers. Mistakes were noticed fast, but real coaching or support was hard to find.
