The CCC culture is the best I've experienced. Everyone is open, honest and transparent about what's going on in the organization. I feel like I can raise anything and everything to top leadership with ease and my voice is heard and action is taken to address any areas for improvement or continue to make the good things even better!
Can't think of anything to note!1

The company has a positive working culture where people genuinely care for one another, and we have unlimited paid time off. Team calls are fun and I genuinely enjoy working with my team. Really great DEI programs including new ERGs, events, mentorship, etc.
Promotions often take longer than they would at competitor firms, and are not based on high performance. Employees across advisory are often informed by their coach that they are top performers on track for promotion and are tasked with performing at a level beyond their current role. However, when it comes time to prepare a case for promotion, they are informed by an exec/partner that there's no "business case," only to later observe positions posted at the anticipated higher level externally. after the promotion submission period has closed.1CrossCountry Consulting Response5w
