-While most members of upper management are excellent to chat with for advice over lunch or talk about the game last night, NO transparency regarding your job status is provided. Myself and at least five others were promised a transition from temp to full-time hire at the program’s start. It turns out this was simply a hiring allure. At the conclusion of the temp period, management remained vague regarding our job statuses before revealing they had no headcount to fit us. Another coworker of mine accepted a promotion to another area of the firm before the offer was pulled by the manager due to once again, “lack of headcount”
-Too many repetitive tasks that are either unnecessary or can be easily expedited
-Management will pick favorites and promote as such
-Low pay compared to industry average.
