    Flat hierarchy and amazing inspiring people makes this a cool place to work.

    Cons

    Some decisions of the management is not very well communicated which makes it difficult for employees to understand.

    Cons

    Directors have no experience and experiment, no leadership skills, everyone is easily offended, no professionalism, bad communication. Sales drunk already in the morning

    Great location, Free lunch at RBS canteen

    Cons

    people appointed as directors lacking needed skills, main driver is to try out and learn how to fulfill responsibility, operations team quite a disaster without coordination or proper process, people leading team have neither functional expertise or experience nor leadership skills, micromanagement, company has more than 3 years red numbers, no bonus payouts or any benefits

    Advice to Management

    Live proclaimed "flat hierarchy and direct feedback" and ensure right people are hired for management with expertise
