I worked at Crowe Horwath full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Very smart co-workers. Opportunity to work on many different clients and industries. Management genuinely interested in how you are doing. Pick-up basketball games after work.

Cons

I worked in the smallest firm office in smallest town with little night life. Expectation to work many hours during the busy season.

Advice to Management

Increase compensation at lower levels.

I worked at Crowe Horwath full-time

    Pros

PTO, smart co-workers, great place to grow professionally, ability to use your knowledge to get a better salary elsewhere.

    Cons

After a couple years of experience, the salary becomes below market value. They don't practice what they preach from a work/life perspective. You will work at least 50 hours every week at Crowe (anything less feels like a vacation).

    Advice to Management

Pay your senior-staff employees what the competition is paying or you will lose your top talent!
