    Good people and good attorneys

    Cons

    All the downsides of working at any big firm - attorney are slaves to the minimum billable, and while good work was valued, churning out hours was more important.

    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere and an open door policy. People generally want to help you do your job well. Firm does quite a bit for The community .

    Cons

    Well it depends on you speak to but I have generally have a good experience with the various teams I work with. Some attorneys are a bit particular about how they like things but nothing too crazy.
