Pros
Some very good people waiting for the right job to come along.
Cons
Really dirty offices, mean spirited decisions such as denying compassionate time off for funerals, lots of gossip, moody and unavailable leadership and not much action. The company is rightly engineering led but this is more of an academic vanity project than a commercial business. Be careful what you sign when you leave and expect not to be paid what you're owed.
