NONE , had earned over 10 years of vacation time and it's been denied ,not sure why?

This Company comes in and buys out a small mom and pop franchise that was doing great...but leaves incompetent management in place for two years and wonders why it's losing accounts left and right. So upper management brings in people who have NO idea where they're at or who they're dealing with and make matters worse...
