I worked at Cultural Care Au Pair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I could study, work, and live abroad, another culture! It was fantastic!

    Cons

Host families are powerfull! It doesn't matter how right you are: they always win! CC never wants to know that you overworking, you are actually the new mom cuz parents are never at home. But if host families complains once, YOU ARE OUT! Rematch!

    Advice to Management

Make sure the LCC are in touch with families and au pairs! They are so... absent! And also make sure both sides will keep the contract the best way is possible

I worked at Cultural Care Au Pair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good contact with people who work for cultural care. Helpful information during the big au pairs reunion at the training school. excellent care and opportunity to making friendships with people from around the world

    Cons

definitely is not this kind of job where you can earn a lot of money. Au pair is treated mostly like a cultural exchange and just the good experience. you can learn a lot of but not make career or money.
