I have been working at Culver's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The regulars here are great. Occasionally having a good laugh with specific co-workers. Lunch break. Leaving. Decent vacation and benefits.

    Cons

Dealing with the general public. Unfair and disgusting hours. Underpaid. Overworked. Nepotism. Senior leadership at the office only cares about a paycheck... that WE make for them. Dead end job.

    Advice to Management

Better pay. Better hours. More rewards if we have to deal with guests who we should be allowed to tell to not come back(but it's all about money in this business... so we get the brunt of everything) Allow us to make more decisions that will help make our jobs easier. Oh, and, if the office would actually listen to our feedback, that'd be great. Who works in the restaurant? Oh, that's right. We do.
