    Pros

Flexible about personal time and hours as long as you work at least 8 hours and get all of your work done

    Cons

You may end up working overtime all the time. Most people around me work 50-60 hours a week. Senior management is just alright. Force rankings when the company is hiring so many people.

    Advice to Management

It looks like all employees work overtime which isn't what you want to see when you are thinking about working at the company. Some overtime is fine but 50-60 hours every weeks for years is a bit much.
