    Profit sharing, 401K, health, dental, eye, psych insurance, scholarship opportunities, financial assistance for adoption and foster families, etc.

    Cons

    Very difficult to transfer shifts, easier to transfer departments in a timely manner. Assembly and manufacturing layout of their facilities can be often chaotic and slightly disorganized in terms of being proficient in productivity.

    Look into broadening your horizons on what the company markets toward, (such as aviation units and parts manufacturing, atv units and parts manufacturing, electic train units and parts manufacturing, etc.) as well as investing in more fabrication machines to get rid of as much bottle necking from fab to welding and assembly or outsourcing some parts or components so that hours don't go even further into over time, regulate...
