Pros

A very good company to work for with good values. A lot of opportunities to prosper and move ahead. Excellent place for new comers as management handles them pretty well.

Cons

Projects move on pretty slowly, sometimes feel dragged. IT team pretty small compared to the entire strangth, so some issue are kept on forever.

    Pros

    Flexible, flat, lots of internal transfer/rotaion opportunities, work and life balance, international exposure, people are nice, wide range of product offering.

    Cons

    The location of Columbus is not very exciting to young people. The organization, like the other corporates, are kind of slow and hard to speed up how things happen.

    Advice to Management

    Be more aggresive in growth opportunities, take calculated risks and be more diversified. speed up the organization by promote efficiency and promptness.
