    I have been working at Cummins full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good company to have experiance of human machines & Systems.

    Cons

    Ethics are shown great value but things are done through consultant/ Lawyers as fee to them.

    Advice to Management

    Human values are missing which were very high about 10 year back.
    People makes the differance & Great place to work should be seen rather than a statement.

    I have been working at Cummins full-time

    Pros

    The only pro that I can think of is that there is some flexibility in very few departments. There are also SOME friendly people.

    Cons

    No mentorship opportunities, lack of advancement, the only career path for everyone is to management. No technical career path. It seem to be "up to management or out the door." Pay is not competitive at all. Management move around a lot so there is no consistent progress on projects. There's always a right way to do things, and you are absolutely required to follow the process...... unless a customer is paying more. then it's okay to cut corners.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize your employees. Pay them well. Don't overwork them. Be consistent with projects. Don't say one thing and do another.
