Not in any major city

    I worked at Cummins full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Brand name, Cummins Inc connection, nice facilities, good co-workers, lots of opportunity due to rapidly employee turnover.

    Cons

    Senior management under extreme pressure to perform to Cummins specified metrics. Causing a panic like environment, resulting in quick to hire, quick to fire environment. Senior Mgmt views HR assets only as a tool to reach results and have little concern for morale, employee well being, or personal growth.

    Advice to Management

    Move on and let another regime attempt a return being a customer/employee led company that was once one of canada's top 50 managed companies!
