    Met some really smart and talented people, everyone was generally friendly

    Cons

    A lot of problems such as micromanagement, high employee turnover, unclear product strategy, lack of transparency, lack of diversity, difficult communcation within teams across remote offices, lack of growth opportunities within career one of the biggest issues is that it doesn't seem like anyone is thoroughly addressing problems that employees bring up. it's always a band-aid fix or explained away rather than the...

    I have been working at Curalate full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    It's the company you want to be at if you want to be in a start up. Unlimited vacation, food, activities, good money, big room for growth

    Cons

    Because we are growing so quickly, you really need to get higher-ups attention if you want something because there is so much going on. Just be proactive about communicating with your manager because no one is going to hold your hand if you don't ask for help

    Pros

    - Lots of opportunity to do great work and get acknowledged - Generally the tech is advanced, even though the platform isn't user intuitive - Ability to not be siloed in one role and dabble in various different departments getting involved

    Cons

    - Lots of fast attrition, have to be comfortable with fast change - Not a ton of backend support (lack of real HR etc.)

    Hire managers that are seasoned and provide real support to new managers
