    Pros

    Great engineers
Opportunity to work on innovative designs that serve customers well

    Cons

    Toxic politics
Good engineering is backseat to sales. Projects are promised with inadequate time, planning, and money in a desperate attempt to show bids.
Nepotism Nepotism Nepotism. It exists everywhere but at CW it's a way of life
Open degradation and belittling of employees across the board, top to bottom, performing and non-performing

    Advice to Management

The one piece of advice for management, namely fire all of the managers and revamp the culture, is the one thing least likely to happen. The place is poison.
