Cons
- they give you a smaller contract than what you need so they always have the upper hand on you. - Always under staffed so you work extra hard and makes for terrible and toxic work environment because everybody pushed to maximum. - you will spend 8 hours serving/cooking food/cocktails on shift and still pay for a meal yourself. - hard workers NEVER recognised. - all staff treated as disposable - dirty work conditions - low pay considering workloads - NO tips - the POS systems are over complicated and difficult to use and seldom work. - little to no job training, so nobody really ever knows what’s going on. - massive staff turnover says it all but the head-office all protect each other, obviously. Wouldn’t recommend working here to anybody unless you are young and need a job. I also wouldn’t trust any of the 5 star reviews.
