    Pros

Maybe if you have no experience

    Cons

The money, no job security, no benefits. C & W has the contract to maintain residential units for NY Hospital. Told that this was a full time position, but basically hired to paint 700+ apts with 3 other full-time painters and 3 more temporary painters in 3 months, then laid off. Their angle is just to get around the in house hospital union, not have to pay the union wages/benefits and not offered a full time position for years. Why would a legal US resident that is capable of speaking English well, accept that situation?

    Advice to Management

They know what they are doing, making money.
