    - The turnover can be a bit unsettling at points. Although there is an open door policy to discuss concerns when it happens which helps ease those feelings.

    Advice to Management

    There is a great mix of talent and skills on the team, don't forget to take a minute to celebrate them early and often.

    Good remote allowances to make office nice Reasonable hours and very easy going workload Company retreat to Iceland was great Some of the new hires have been great additions to the team and I appreciate them

    Cons

    CEO is very immature and doesn't understand how to run a business. Thinks the company is 'his baby.' Turnover is constant which is terrible for such a small company. Focused on the most boring area of digital marketing - transactional emails.     Advice to Management

    Bring in the right experience that knows the space and how to grow a company. Our sophistication in the space is terrible..... Get rid of the bad actors that create the negative culture that is present in the company today Founders should minimize sharing all their lifestyle choices (travel, vacations) because, well, it just LOOKS BAD!
