Pros

The office is in a nice location.

Cons

Very serious lack of respect from the VP and the CEO to their employees. Bare minimum compensation/benefits. Prepare to be screamed at, and to work tons of unpaid/uncompensated OT. Not allowed to have a life outside of work. Was reprimanded for not responding to a work text at 8pm on a Thursday once.

Pros

Most jobs in my area can’t come close to the benefits Cyber One Solutions offers. Good pay with pay increases and a lot of room for job advancement. I left the only job I ever had for 17 years to come here and it was the best decision I ever made. The negative reviews on here are from people who just couldn’t cut it. If you do your job and you do it effectively, you have job security, and have got nothing to worry about. Brian and Cody are good people, and I will work here as long as this company is in business. This is not a stressful job. It can get hectic at times, but if you thrive in a hectic work environment, then you will do just fine. HIGHLY recommend.

Pros

Multifaceted extraordinarily high paced environment Beautiful offices with snacks and lovely Decor Company vehicles and company cards that ensure the employee is not responsible for onsite visits financially Great location in the NASA area You will learn how to learn really quick

Cons

High stress and low job security Role ambiguity Sometimes expectations can be unrealistic due to untimely deadlines or vague training Scheduling can be ambiguous as far as hours worked per week and when work “ends” depends on the needs of managed clientele Raises are not directly related to performance in a concrete way. This is a salary job so overtime will not be addressed unless granted as comp time. Utilization of comp time depends on company work load and cannot be taken freely upon short notice.
